Maintenance and disposal
Maintenance
Regularly check the technical safety of the unit, e.g. for damage to the housing.
If it is to be assumed that safe operation is no longer possible, the unit is to be taken
out of service and secured against unintentional operation. Disconnect the power
lead.
It is to be assumed that safe operation is no longer possible if the following conditions
apply.
• The unit has visible damage.
• The unit is inoperative.
• After long storage under unsatisfactory conditions.
• After severe transport stress.
The following safety instructions must be observed before cleaning the unit or carrying
out maintenance.
Repairs may be carried out only by a specialist familiar with the
associated dangers and relevant regulations.
Clean the unit externally using a soft, dry cloth or brush. Never use aggressive clean-
ing agents or chemical solvents, as these can attack the housing or impair the func-
tioning.
Disposal
Dispose of unserviceable units in accordance with the relevant statuary regulations.
Faultfinding
With the unit you have acquired a product which has been constructed to the state of
the art and is safe to operate.
Nevertheless, problems or faults can occur.
Therefore we are providing information at this point as to how possible faults can be
rectified.

(1) Commutateur LINE / MIC
Le commutateur permet de sélectionner l'entrée LINE ou l'entrée microphone (MIC).
Commutateur non enfoncé = entrée LINE
Commutateur enfoncé = entrée microphone
(2) Potentiomètre GAIN
Le potentiomètre GAIN permet de régler la sensibilité d'entrée du canal. Il sert à ajus-
ter les niveaux des différentes sources de signaux avant de les mixer.
Potentiomètre sur „0" = sensibilité d'entrée minimale
Potentiomètre sur „10" = sensibilité d'entrée maximale
