(32) Auto-talkover switch
The Talkover function is active when the switch is pressed, i.e. immediately a signal is
present at the DJ microphone input, the signal of the other channels is automatically
reduced so it is easier to hear the DJ microphone.
If the switch is not pressed, the signal of the other channels is not reduced.
(33) REDUCTION control
This rotary control sets the value by which the signal of the channels is reduced in the
Talkover function.
Position „0 dB" = the signal of the channels is not attenuated.
Position „-20 dB" = the signal of the channels is attenuated by approx. 20 dB.
(34) DJ microphone socket
The DJ microphone can be connected to this XLR socket. A 600 Ohm microphone
with an XLR connection is suitable for a balanced signal.
(35) LINE and Microphone inputs
MIC BALANCE: Balanced XLR microphone inputs (MIC BALANCE) for connection to
any microphone with a 600 Ohm impedance and XLR connection.
LINE: Unbalanced 6.3 mm LINE jack sockets for connection to an instrument with
LINE or the cinch output of a CD player, TUNER, etc.
(36) PHONO/microphone inputs
PHONO: Unbalanced 6.3 mm jack input for connection to the audio cinch output or
jack output of a record deck. The input for the left phono signal is marked „L". The
input for the right phono signal is marked „R".
MIC: Unbalanced 6.3 mm jack input for connection to a microphone with 10 kOhm
impedance.
(37) EFFect Send / RETURN sockets
These sockets enable an external effect unit, such as echo, reverberation, etc. to be
looped in.
The socket marked „SN" is the „Send" socket. The mixing console signal is output at
this socket. The signal processed using the effect unit can be looped back into the
mixing console through the socket marked „RT".
The level of the send signal depends on the setting of the individual effect control (7)
of the channels and on the setting of the main send control (14).
The level of the return signal depends on the setting of the main effect RETURN con-
trol (29). The RETURN signal is output directly to the MASTER group.
(38) Equaliser input / output sockets
These sockets enable an external equaliser to be looped in. The MASTER mixing con-
sole signal is present at the socket marked „EQ OUT". The signal processed for the
equaliser is looped back into the mixing console through the socket marked „EQ IN".
The looped-in signal is present at the MASTER, SUB1 and SUB2 group.

Brochage
XLR:
Broche 1 = Masse (GROUND)
Broche 2 = Plus + (Hot)
„L".
Brochage:
Jack:
Pointe (TIP) = Plus (HOT)
Tige = Masse
Brochage:
Jack:
Pointe (TIP) = Plus (HOT)
Tige = Masse
