Do not place open sources of fire such as burning candles alongside
the appliance.
Only use the device in a moderate climate, never in a tropical climate.
All persons operating, installing, setting up, commissioning or servic-
ing this mixer must be trained and qualified correspondingly and
observe these operating instructions.
Never place the device on a soft surface such as, for example, a car-
pet or a bed etc. Apart from this, the air circulation may not be
obstructed by objects such as magazines, table cloths, curtains or
similar.
This hinders the heat extraction from the device and can lead to over-
heating.
To ensure adequate ventilation, there must be a free space of 5 cm
around the mixer/plug-in power unit.
A defective connecting cable may only be replaced by a specialist.
Risk of an electric shock!
Do not leave packaging material lying around carelessly. In the hands
of children, plastic foils or bags and polystyrene parts etc. can turn
into dangerous toys.
Ensure that all the electrical connections and connection cables
between the device and any extension cables comply with the regula-
tions and adhere to the operating instructions.
In commercial institutions, the accident prevention regulations of the
Employer's Liability Insurance Association for Electrical Systems and
Operating Materials are to be observed.
If you are not sure about the correct connection or if questions arise
which are not covered by the operating instructions, please do not
hesitate to contact our Technical Support or another specialist. Please
consult a specialist in case of doubt about correct operation or the
product safety.

Using the sound control
• Using the sound controls "HIGH" (16), "MID" (15) and "LOW" (14), the sound of the
signal of the inputs (CH1, CH2, CH3 and MIC) can be set.
HIGH influences the reproduction in the trebles range
LOW influences the reproduction in the bases range
Left control stop = maximum reduction
Right control stop = maximum increase
Central position = no influence through the control

Servicing and maintenance

Observe the following safety instructions without fail before cleaning or servicing the
device:
Unplug the mains power plug from the mains socket-outlet!
Only a specialist who is familiar with the risks and relevant regula-
tions may carry out repairs or open the device.
All connected devices must be disconnected from the mains before servicing or
repair work.
The device is maintenance-free. For this reason, never open it. By opening it, the
warranty will lapse.
The outside of the device should only be cleaned with a clean dry cloth or brush.
Never use aggressive cleaning agents or chemical solutions as the housing could be
attacked or operation impaired.
Check the technical safety of the device regularly, e.g. for damage to the housing or
mains cable etc.
If you have reason to assume that safe operation is no longer possible, immediately
put the device out of operation and secure it against inadvertent operation.
It must be assumed that safe operation is no longer possible if
• the device shows visible signs of damage
• the device no longer functions
• the device has been stored for longer periods of time under unfavourable condi-
tions or
• it has been subjected to heavy stress during transport
