Grease separators Lipumax-P -B, -D, -DM, -DA
Installation
Ventilation line
Requirements:
Lay the ventilation line up to above the roof. Ventilate connection pipes longer than 5 m
■
separately.
If the inlet pipe above the grease separator has no separately ventilation connection
■
pipe over 10 m length, it must be equipped with an additional vent stack as close as
possible to the grease separator.
Instead of an additional connection in the inlet pipe near the grease separator, the
■
connection socket on the housing can be used.
Ventilation valves are not permitted in areas at risk of backflow or for ventilating the
■
grease separator.
Lay ventilation lines made of materials resistant to fatty acid (e.g. KML, PP, PE).
■
Connect on-site ventilation line DN 100/
Î
OD 110 mm to connection socket:
Smear the pipe spigot end and socket
seal with acid-free grease and push in the
pipe.
Connecting the supply pipe
Requirements:
Lay the supply pipe (empty pipe) from the plant room up to the housing (tank) with
■
gradient at least 1.5 – 2 %.
Do not use pipe bends with angles larger than 30°.
■
Insert the high-pressure hose (10, 20 or 30 m long) and connection cable of the HP
■
head (or qualitative pull wire) directly in the empty pipe.
Lay supply pipe made of materials resistant to fatty acid (e.g. KML, PP, PE).
■
Connect on-site supply pipe DN 100/
Î
OD 110 mm to connection socket:
Smear the pipe spigot end and socket
seal with acid-free grease and push in the
pipe.
