4 Operation

4.1 Commissioning

A general inspection by a properly qualified technician is mandatory for the commissioning,

Individual tasks can be omitted depending on the grease separator version:
HP unit:
Cut off the rubber overhang of the cap

(sealing cover) for the ventilation of the
oil basin.
Check the HP pump oil level, top up with

oil (type SAE 90) if necessary.
Clean the grease separator.
Î
Connect the HP unit to the power supply.
Î
Connect control to the electrical supply and set automatic mode (solenoid valve of the

filling device is automatically opened briefly 2x per day and the odour trap of the filling
pipe is equipped with a water trap,
Open the shut-off valves in the cold water connection pipes of the filling device with
Î
solenoid valve and HP unit.

During the cleaning process the raising system (maintenance opening) must
