Switching on the Outdoor Sensor

- Press the button "7" (POWER ON) once to switch on the outside sensor. The dis-
play indicates "LO".
- Briefly press the button "8" (RESET).
- Use the button "9" (°C/°F) to select whether the temperature is to be displayed in
°C or °F.
- Screw together the two halves of the housing again.
- The pool temperature is displayed.
The outside sensor now sends the radio signal directly to the basis device and the
basis device scans for the radio signal. When the signal was received, the pool tem-
perature is displayed on the basis device. To switch off, press button "7" (POWER)
again.
When the outside sensor is switched off or no successful radio
connection was achieved between the basis device and the outside
sensor, the pool temperature at the basis device is displayed as
—°C or —°F.
If the RF signal is received within the first 5 minutes of switching on, the outside sen-
sor temperature is displayed, but with the display looking like this: —.-°C.
When the outside sensor's temperature is displayed, the basis device and outside
sensor are synchronised. At an interval of approx. 3 minutes, the outside sensor
transmits the respective temperature measured to the basis device. The red LED
"10" lights up briefly each time.
If no RF temperature signal is received during the first 5 minutes, press the button
"3" (RE-SYNC) at the basis device. For another 6 minutes, the basis device will try
receiving a wireless signal.
