Safety Information

Read carefully the complete operating manual before starting to
use it. It contains important information on correct operation.
The guarantee/warranty will be void if damage is incurred resul-
ting from non-compliance with the operating instructions. We do
not assume any responsibility for consequential damage!
We do not assume any liability for damage to property or perso-
nal injury caused by improper use or the failure to observe the
safety instructions! In such cases the warranty/guarantee is void.
For safety and licensing (CE) reasons, unauthorised conversion
and/or modification to the product are not permitted!
Power is supplied by three 1.5 volt mignon batteries.
Keep the radio pool thermometer out of the reach of children, since
it is not a toy. (Do not install near children's beds or playpens
either.)
Never operate the basis device (receiver) close to moist conditions,
e.g. close to bathtubs, etc. or damp rooms! The casing must not be
blocked or covered! Never expose the basis station to direct sun-
light!
The outside sensor (transmitter) should be operated at a sun-pro-
tected place outside, e.g. in the pool, to prevent measuring
fluctuations!
Remove the batteries from the basis device as well as from the
outdoor sensor if you are not going to use the pool thermometer
for a longer period.
