Starting position with weather data display

In the starting position, the control shows the current weather data on the
display:
•
Date (with weekday) and time, if DCF77 reception ("radio clock recep-
tion") exists. If the DCF77 signal remains absent for longer than 5 minutes,
the display disappears. As soon as reception returns, it is displayed again.
•
Current weather conditions as moving picture:

When sunny, displays Intensity (in lux
or kilolux/klux), Direction (in °) and
Altitude (in °).
When rainy, raindrops fall.
When temperatures are below • 3°C,
precipitation is shown as snow.
