3.3 Öl und Ölfilter wechseln
Benötigtes Werkzeug :
Ölfilterschlüssel (Best.-Nr. 710 73 532).
Den Ölwechsel immer bei betriebswarmer,
abgeschalteter Pumpe vornehmen.
Falls durch den angeschlossenen Prozeß die
Gefahr besteht, daß das Öl polymerisiert, den
Ölwechsel unmittelbar nach Betriebsende
durchführen.
Vorsicht
Pumpe im Betrieb ist warm
und Oberflächen könnten eine
Temperatur von mehr als 80 °C erreichen.
Bei Berührung besteht Verbrennungsgefahr.
Ölablaßschraube (6/36) entfernen und das
Altöl in einen geeigneten Behälter ablaufen
lassen.

Achtung
Beachten Sie bei der Entsorgung gebrauchten
Öls die geltenden Umweltschutz-Vorschriften !
Bei nachlassendem Ölfluß, Ölablaßschraube wieder
einschrauben, Pumpe kurz (max. 10 s) einschalten
und wieder abschalten. Ölablaßschraube entfernen
und das restliche Öl ablassen.
Ölfilter (6/15) abschrauben, neues Ölfilter am
Dichtring mit Öl benetzen und handfest
anschrauben.
Ölablaßschraube wieder einschrauben (O-
Ring prüfen, ggf. auswechseln).
Schraube (6/12) aus der Öleinfüllöffnung ent-
fernen und frisches Öl einfüllen, Schraube
wieder einschrauben.
Bei starker Verschmutzung sollte die Pumpe
gespült werden, indem man sie nur bis zur
Unterkante des Ölschauglases mit frischem Öl
füllt, sie kurze Zeit laufen läßt und anschlie-
ßend einen weiteren Ölwechsel durchführt.
Achtung
Nur geeignetes Öl einfüllen (siehe Abschnitt 1.8).

3.3 Oil change, replacing the oil
filter
Tool required :
oil filter key (Ref. No. 710 73 532)
Always change the oil when the pump is
switched off but still at working temperature.
If there is a risk of the oil being polymerized by
the connected process, change the oil
immediately after operation of the pump.
temperature higher than 80 °C (176 °F).
There is a risk of burn by touching.
Unscrew the oil-drain plug (6/36) and let the
used oil drain into a suitable container.

Important
When disposing of used oil please observe the
relevant environmental regulations !
When the flow of oil slows down screw the oil-
drain plug back in, briefly switch on the pump
(max. 10s) and switch if off. Remove the oil-
drain plug again and drain the remaining oil.
Unscrew the oil filter (6/15). Take a new oil
filter, moisten its gasket with oil and screw it in
manually.
Reinsert the oil-drain plug (check the O-Ring
and replace it with a new one if necessary).
Unscrew the oil-fill plug (6/12) and fill the pump
should be flushed by filling it with fresh oil up to
the bottom edge of the oil-level glass, run it for
a short time and then change the oil again.

Use suitable oil only (see Section 1.8).

3.3 Vidange et remplacement du
filtre à huile
Outillage nécessaire :
Clé filtre à huile (Réf. No. 710 73 532)
La vidange doit toujours être effectuée lorsque
la pompe est à l'arrêt mais encore à la
température de service.
La vidange doit être faite immédiatement après
la fin du service lorsqu'il y a risque de
polymérisation de vapeur dans l'huile.
Avertissement
La pompe en fonctionnement
est chaude et certaines surfaces
peuvent dépasser une température de 80 °C.
Risque de brûlure par toucher.
Retirer le bouchon de vidange (6/36) et laisser
l'huile usagée s'écouler dans un récipient
approprié.

Revisser le bouchon de vidange quand l'huile
s'écoule plus lentement, faire tourner brièvement
la pompe (10s max.) puis l'arrêter aussitôt. Retirer
le bouchon de vidange et vidanger l'huile restante.
Dévisser le filtre à huile (6/15), mouiller d'huile
le joint d'étanchéité du nouveau filtre à huile et
le visser à la main.
Revisser le bouchon de vidange (contrôler et
remplacer éventuellement le joint torique).
Dévisser le bouchon de remplissage (6/12) et
rajouter de l'huile fraîche; revisser le bouchon.
La pompe doit être rincée lorsqu'elle est
fortement souillée. Pour ce faire, la remplir
d'huile neuve, seulement jusqu'au bord
inférieur du voyant, la faire tourner brièvement
puis effectuer une autre vidange.
Attention
N'utiliser qu'une huile conforme (voir point 1.8).
