16. Remove adjusting keys and wrenches.
Form the habit of checking to see that keys and adjusting
wrenches are removed from tool before turning it on.
17. Avoid unintentional starting.
Do not carry plugged-in tools with finger on switch. Be
sure switch is off when plugging in.
18. Outdoor use extension cords.
When tool is used outdoors, use only extension cords
intended for use outdoors and so marked. Always use tool
in conjunction with a residual circuit breaker device.
19. Stay alert.
Watch what you are doing. Use common sense. Do not
operate tool when you are tired.
20. Check damaged parts.
Before further use of the tool, a guard or other part that is
damaged should be carefully checked to determine that it
will operate properly and perform its intended function.
Check for alignment of moving parts, binding of moving
parts, breakage of parts, mounting, and any other
conditions that may affect its operation. A guard or other
part that is damaged should be properly repaired or
replaced by an authorized service centre unless otherwise
indicated elsewhere in this instructions manual. Have
defective switches replaced by an authorized centre. Do
not use tool if switch does not turn on and off.
21. Warning.
The use of any other accessory or attachment other than
recommended in this operation instructions or the
catalogue may present a risk of personal injury.
22. Have your tool repaired by an expert.
This appliance is manufactured to very high standards and
meets relevant safety regulations. Repairs should only be
done by a suitable qualified electrical engineer or
otherwise.

ELECTRICAL SAFETY
When using electric machines always observe the
safety regulations applicable in your country to
reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and personal
injury. Read the following safety instructions and
also the enclosed safety instructions.
Keep these instructions in a safe place!
Always check that the power supply corresponds to
the voltage on the rating plate.
Your machine is double insulated in accordance
with EN 50144; therefore no earthwire is required.

Replacing cables or plugs
Immediately throw away old cables or plugs when they
have been replaced by new ones. It is dangerous to insert
the plug of a loose cable in the wall outlet.
Using extension cables
Only use an approved extension cable suitable for the
power input of the machine. The minimum conductor
size is 1.5 mm . When using a cable reel always unwind

the reel completely.
BEFORE OPERATING THE MACHINE:
• Check the following:
Do the voltage of the machine correspond with the
mains voltage
Are the mains lead and the mains plug in a good
condition.
• Do not use extension cables which are too long. Use
extension cables with a core diameter of 1.5 mm
minimal and only when the cable is rolled out
completely.
• In case of a blockage, switch of the machine
immediately.
• Always compare the maximum rotation speed of
accesoires with the maximum speed of the
percussion drill.
• Pull the mainsplug from the socket before you
change a drill or accessory.
WHEN OPERATING THE MACHINE:
• Check if the switch is placed in the 'OFF'-position
before you connect the machine to mains.
• Keep the mains cable away from moving parts of the
machine.
• First switch off the machine before you move the
machine downwards along your body.
• Never cover the ventilation slots.
IMMEDIATELY SWITCH OFF THE
MACHINE IN CASE OF:
• Excessive sparking of the brushes and verticiliosis in
the collector.
• Malfunction of the mainsplug, -socket or damaged
cables.
• Broken switch.
• Smoke or smell caused by scorched insulation.

INBETRIEBSTELLUNG DER MASCHINE:
• Kontrollieren Sie ob der Netzschalter nicht 'EIN'-
geschaltet ist wenn Sie die Maschine am
Netzspannung anschliessen.
• Halten Sie das Netzschnur aus der Nähe rotierender
Teile der Maschine.
• Schalten Sie die Maschine zuerst aus, befor Sie die
Maschine nach unten bewegen entlang Ihren Körper.
• Decken Sie die Entlüftungsschlitze nicht ab.
DAS GERÄT SOFORT AUSSCHALTEN BEI:
• Obermäßigen Funken der Kohlebürsten und
Ringfeuer im Kollektor.
• Störung im Netzstecker, dem Netzkabel oder
Schnurbeschädigung.
• Defektem Schalter.
• Rauch oder Gestank verschmorter Isolation.

MONTAGE DES ZUBEHÖRS

Ziehen Sie immer den Netzstecker, bevor Sie mit
der Arbeit anfangen.
Montieren Sie Bohre und Zubehör befor Sie den
Netzstecker in der Netzdose stecken.
• Öffnen und schliessen Sie den Bohrkopf mit den
beigelieferten Spannschlüssel.
• Stecken Sie den Spannschlüssel in einer der drei
Löcher. Durch Links drehen öffnen Sie den Bohrkopf
und durch Rechts drehen schliessen Sie den
Bohrkopf. Ein Bohr wird automatisch zentriert
dankenswert drei Klemmen im Bohrkopf.
• Schieben Sie den Seitengriff über den Bohrkopf.
• Schieben Sie den Meßlatte in den Seitengriff und
drehen Sie den Seitengriff fest mit hilfe der
Flügelmutter.
• Fixieren Sie den Werkstück auf den Arbeitstisch mit
hilfe einer Schraubzwinge.
• Wenn alle vorbereitungen getroffen sind kan der
Maschine am Netzspannung angeschlossen werden.
Kontrolieren Sie ob der Schalter auf 'AUS' und
'RECHTS' steht.
• Heben Sie den Spannschlüssel immer auf im Behälter
an der oberseite der Maschine.

• Schalten Sie die Maschine ein durch eindrucken der
Ein/Aus Schalter (A). Wenn Sie den Schalter (A)
loslassen schaltet der Maschine wieder aus.

SCHALTER BLOCKIERUNG
• Sie können den Ein/Aus Schalter (A) blokkieren.
Wenn Sie den Schalter (A) eingedruckt haben
können Sie den Blokkier-Knopf (B) eindrücken damit
der Schalter (A) dann blokkiert ist.
KONTROLLE DER GESCHWINDIGKEIT
• Die Umdrehungsgeschwindigkeit kan stufenlos
eingestellt werden zwischen 0-2500 Umdrehungen
pro minute. Durch das tief oder nur ein bischen tief
eindrucken der Ein/Aus Schalter (A) kann der
Umdrehungsgeschwindigkeit eingestellt werden.
EINSTELLEN DER MAXIMALE
UMDREHUNGSGESCHWINDIGKEIT
• Schalten Sie die Maschine ein durch eindrucken der
Schalter (A).
• Blokkieren Sie den Schalter (A) durch eindrucken
der Blokkierknopf (B).
• Stellen Sie der maximale
Undrehungsgeschwindigkeit ein durch drehen des
Rad (C) bis der richtige Geschwindigkeit erhalten ist.
SELEKTIEREN DER DREHRICHTUNG

• Drehrichting Rechtsum: den Schalter (D) nach
| HSS
Rechts schieben.
| HSS • Drehrichtung Linksum: den Schalter (D) nach Links
schieben.
SCHALTER ZUM SCHLAGBOHREN

Mit hilfe dieser Schalter kan der Schlagbohrfunktion
eingeschaltet werden.
• Schieben Sie den Schalter nach den "Bohr" Symbol
für Normales Bohren;
• Schieben Sie den Schalter nach den "Hammer"
Symbol für Schlagbohrfunktion.
STÖRUNGEN
Im Fall das die Maschine nicht gut funktioniert, geben wir
jetzt einige mögliche Ursachen und Lösungen:
1. Extremes Funken
• Dies deutet meistens an das der Motor schmutzig
oder die Kohlebürste abgenutzt sind.
- Bringen Sie Ihre Maschine zu Ihren Ferm-dealer zur
Reparation.
2. Der Maschine überhitzt sich
• Die Entlüftungsschlitze sind erstopft mit Schmutz.
- Saubern Sie die Entlüftungsschlitze mit ein Tuch.
• Die Maschine wird zu schwer belastet.
- Benützen Sie die Maschine wofür Sie geeignet ist.
Wechseln Sie den Bohr aus mit ein scharfes Exemplar
oder schleifen Sie den Bohr mit hilfe einen
Schleifmaschine und ein Spiralbohrer-An-
schleifvorrichtung.
• Der Motor is defect.
- Bringen Sie Ihre Maschine zu Ihren Ferm-dealer zur
Reparation.
