All stored brightness levels are saved for at least 8 hours
in the IR receivers in the event of mains failure.
Have causes of faults established and remedied by
an expert.
Diagnosis

- IR hand-held transmitter
batteries are exhausted or
incorrectly inserted
- IR receiver is not in the
IR transmit range
- Different address set on
IR receiver
- Address incorrectly selec-
ted on IR hand-held trans-

- Interference at IR receiver
by external light
- Batteries of IR hand-held
transmitter exhausted
- Connected load not ready
for operation (e.g. faulty
bulb, cord switch not
switched on)
- Fuse of IR dimmer faulty
