12. MaINTENaNCE aNd CLEaNINg
Apart from occasionally cleaning the product, it is maintenance free; never dismantle it.
Before you clean the product, switch it off, disconnect it from the plug-in mains unit and pull the
plug-in mains unit from the mains socket.
Do not use any aggressive cleaning agents or petrol, alcohol or the like to clean the product.
They will damage the surface of the measuring device. Furthermore, the fumes are hazardous
to your health and explosive. Also do not use any sharp-edged tools, screwdrivers, metal
brushes, etc. for cleaning.
Use a clean, lint-free and antistatic cleaning cloth to clean the device.
13. dISPoSaL
The product does not belong in the household waste.
Dispose of the product according to the statutory provisions at the end of its service
life.
