Safety edge system
Attention
The system must be equipped with a safety edge for automatic operating
mode. The safety edge evaluator must be mounted.
Please note that the main and ancillary closing edges are sufficiently secured
and the permitted safety edgeforces are not exceeded!
Dead man mode:
The. door. can. only. be. controlled. via. conducted. equipment. (e.g.. buttons).. In.
the.DOWN.direction.the.DOWN.key.has.to.be.activated.permanently..In.the.UP.
direction.the.door.moves.automatically..Using.the.hand.transmitter,.the.door.
can.only.be.driven.in.UP.direction.
Safety edge mode "stop":
While. the. door. closes. the. light. barrier. or. safety. edge. is. activated:. the. door.
stops.as.soon.as.the.safety.edge.is.activated.or.the.light.barrier.is.interrupted..
No.function.in.the.UP.direction..After.encountering.an.obstacle,.the.door.has.
first.to.be.driven.UP,.before.it.can.be.driven.down.again.
Safety edge mode "free travel":
While.the.door.closes.the.light.barrier.or.safety.edge.is.activated:.the.door.stops.
and.returns.partially.as.soon.as.the.safety.edge.is.activated.or.the.light.barrier.
is.interrupted..No.function.in.the.UP.direction.
Safety edge mode "up travel":
While.the.door.closes.the.light.barrier.or.safety.edge.is.activated:.the.door.stops.
and.moves.to.the.upper.end.position.as.soon.as.the.safety.edge.is.activated.or.
the.light.barrier.is.interrupted..No.function.in.the.UP.direction.
