6. Press STOP on the unit or
file numbers and STOP.
USB or SD playback is also stopped when:
a. pressing FUNC. on the remote control or FUNCTION on the unit to select a different mode;
b. all files on the USB device or SD card have been played;
c. the USB device or SD card is disconnected.
Please note:
Although the unit is fully compatible with USB1.1 and 2.0 standards, a small number of USB devices
(approx. 5%) cannot be read as they are not conform.
SD memory cards up to 2GB capacity can be used.
The reading time depends on the speed of the media and the total number of files. In exceptional
cases the reading time can exceed 60 seconds.
Always turn the unit off or turn it to CD or radio modes before disconnecting your USB device or SD
memory card.
HANDLING AND MAINTENANCE OF CDs
Handling of CDs
* Remove CD from its cover.
* Do not touch the surfaces.
* Do not attach stickers on the CD or write on it.
* Do not bend CDs.
Storage
* Always store CDs in their cover.
* Do not subject CDs to direct sunlight, high temperature, humidity or dust.
Cleaning of CDs
* Only use a soft cloth for cleaning.
* Clean CDs from the center to the edge.
