Vorsicht Bruchgefahr! Keramikwelle ist
stoß- und bruchempfindlich und zieht
durch seine Magnetwirkung nach innen
= Schnapp-Effekt. Deshalb vorsichtig
herausnehmen.
Sollte sich die Antriebseinheit infolge Verkalkung oder
getrockneter Verunreinigung nicht mehr bewegen lassen,
keine Gewalt anwenden! Pumpe oder Antrieb ca. 24 Std.
in verdünnte Essig- oder Zitronensäurelösung legen.
Innenraum vom Motorblock (10) kontrollieren, besonders
den Kühlkanal (11), er sollte sauber und ohne
Verschleißspuren sein.
Beim Zusammenbau dafür sorgen, dass
verschiedenen O-Ringe gut sitzen und am Magnetrotor
keine Fremdkörper haften!
Danger of breaking ! The ceramic shaft is
sensitive to impact and rupture, and draws
to the inside due to its magnetic action =
snap effect. For this reason, remove gently.
If the drive unit cannot be moved any more due to liming
or dried soiling, do not use force ! Place the pump or
drive in a diluted vinegar or citric acid solution for about
24 hours.
Check the interior space of the motor block (10), in
particular the cooling duct (11), which should be clean
and without traces of wear.
During the assembly, please make sure that the various
die O ring seals have a good fit and no foreign bodies are
stuck to the magnetic rotor!
Attention, risques de bris ! L'axe en
céramique est sensible aux chocs, la
puissance magnétique développe une forte
attraction vers le bloc-moteur. A extraire
avec précaution.
Si l'entraînement devait être bloqué en raison d'une
calcification ou d'impuretés sèches : ne pas forcer!
Immergez la pompe ou l'entraînement de pompe durant
env. 24 heures dans une solution à base de vinaigre.
Contrôlez la partie interne (10) du bloc-moteur, en
particulier le canal de refroidissement (11), il doit être
propre et sans traces d'usure.
Lors du remontage, veillez au bon positionnement des
joints toriques. Le rotor ne doit pas comporter de corps
étrangers!
