Innenraum vom Motorblock (5) kontrollieren,
besonders den Kühlkanal (6), er sollte sauber und ohne
Verschleißspuren sein.
Der Zusammenbau erfolgt sinngemäß in umgekehrter
Reihenfolge. Der Kreiseldeckel enthält zwei Nasen die in
den Öffnungen (7) positioniert werden sollen.
Silence PRO
Komplette Pumpe und Antriebseinheit regelmäßig
gründlich reinigen, min. 1x jährlich. Bei ungünstigen
Verhältnissen, wie z.B. hohem Kalkgehalt, starkem
Schlammaufkommen oder Störungen sind kürzere
Abstände nötig.
Ansauggehäuse entfernen Kreiselgehäuse öffnen, dafür
die vier Edelstahlschrauben entfernen (8).
Antrieb entnehmen (9)
Check the interior space of the motor block (5), in
particular the cooling duct (6), which should be clean and
without traces of wear.
The assembly is carried out in reverse sequence. The
impeller cover has been provided with two lugs, which
have to be positioned in the openings (7).
Silence PRO
Thoroughly clean the complete pump and the drive
assembly in regular intervals, at least once a year. In
case of unfavourable conditions, such as high lime
content, a lot of mud or failures, shorter intervals may
be necessary.
Remove the suction housing; open the impeller housing
by removing the four stainless steel screws (8).
Remove the drive (9).
Contrôler la partie interne du bloc-moteur (5), en
particulier le canal de refroidissement (6), il doit être
propre et sans traces d'usure.
Le remontage obéit à l'ordre inverse du démontage. Le
couvercle de turbine possède deux encoches qui doivent
être positionnées dans les ouvertures prévues (7).
Silence PRO
Nettoyez régulièrement la pompe et l'entraînement
de la pompe, au moins 1 x par an. Lors de conditions
d'utilisation sévères, par ex. une eau très calcaire ou
une forte présence de mucus, nous conseillons des
nettoyages plus fréquents.
Retirez le corps d'aspiration et ouvrez le couvercle de
turbine, pour cela dévissez les 4 vis inox (8).
Retirez l'entraînement (9).
