Montage
Die
Montage
setzt
die
Kenntnisse
Installationsfachmannes
in
der
Verarbeitung
der verwendeten Materialien (Klebstoffe), sowie
dem Umgang mit den verwendeten Werkzeugen
voraus. Vor Montagebeginn muss diese Anleitung
vollständig durchgelesen werden! Für Schäden
durch unsachgemäße oder falsche Montage
übernehmen wir keine Haftung!
Wall Overflow 1076/2 benötigt eine seitliche
Glasbohrung am Aquarium ø 43,0 - 45,0 mm (1).
Ablauf mit Gewinde in die Bohrung einsetzen (2).
Achtung! Der schwarze Dichtungsring kommt
in die innere Seite des Aquariums (3), der weiße
Kunststoffring an die äußere Seite (4).
Das bereits auf das Gewinde gewickelte Teflonband
darf nicht beschädigt sein, anderenfalls neues
Teflonband zur Abdichtung anbringen.
Winkel mit Gewinde durch die Glasbohrung in den
Ablauf schrauben (5).
Wenn
der
Ablaufschlauch
1075/2
für
Wall
Overflow
verwendet
wird,
sollte
Ablaufstutzen (6) mit PVC-Kleber (z.B. Tangit Art.
Nr 104.71) in den Ablaufwinkel (7) montiert werden.
Installation
eines
The description of the installation is based on the
assumption that the knowledge of a plumber is
given in handling the materials (adhesives) used
as well as in employing the tools used. Prior to
the installation, these instructions have to be read
through completely ! The manufacturing company
shall not assume any liability for damage caused by
inexpert or wrong installation.
Wall Overflow 1076/2 requires a lateral glass
borehole in the aquarium of diam. 43 mm to 45 mm
(1.69 in. to 1.77 in.)(1).
Place the outlet with thread in the borehole (2).
Caution ! The black gasket is fitted on the inside of
the aquarium (3) whereas the white plastic ring is
placed on the outside side (4).
The Teflon® tape wound on the thread already must
not be damaged, otherwise attach new Teflon®
tape for sealing.

If the Outlet Hose 1075/2 is used for the wall
overflow, the overflow outlet (6) should be
immobilised by means of PVC adhesive (such as
Tangit, article No. 104.71) in the outlet angle (7).
Montage
Ce montage demande les compétences d'un
installateur professionnel en ce qui concerne
l'usage des colles ou l'utilisation d'outillages
adaptés. Avant le début des travaux, cette notice
doit être entièrement lue ! Nous rejetons toute
responsabilité concernant des dommages dus à
une installation incorrecte ou inappropriée !
Wall Overflow 1076/2 nécessite un perçage latéral
ou arrière ø43-45mm dans l'aquarium (1).
Insérez le déversoir et son filetage dans le perçage
de la cuve (2). Attention ! Le joint d'étanchéité noir se
place toujours sur la face interne de l'aquarium (3),
le joint plastique blanc sur la face externe (4).
La bande téflon posée sur le filetage ne doit pas être
endommagée au quel cas il faudrait la renouveler.
Vissez le coude fileté sur le filetage du déversoir (5).
Si Wall Overflow est utilisé avec le tuyau d'évacuation
1075/2, il sera nécessaire au préalable de coller le
raccord PVC (6) à l'aide de colle PVC (par exemple
Tangit 104.71) dans le coude (7).
