Main switch (back panel)
Position "O":
Position "1":
1/2 Cutting current up / down
By tipping on the key 1 or 2, the cutting current is adjustable between 7A and 25A (3)
3 Cutting current display from 7A to 25A
LEDs are showing the actual value.
4 Control lamp Main
Is light, if the unit is switched ON
5 Compressed-air / temperature fault indicator
Lights up if there is insufficient supply of compressed air or the current source is
Overheated. The unit doesn't start.
6 Control lamp cutting current
Is light, as along as the torch trigger is pressed.

19. Initial operation

1 Installation of the cutting unit
When putting the unit in place, please make sure there is sufficient space for inlet and outlet cooling air so that
the rated duty cycle will be attained.
The unit should neither be exposed to moisture not to the plasma arc or the spark ray caused by grinding work.
2 Mains connection
To be carried out only by a qualified electrician!
Connect mains plug to mains cable as specified on the rating plate. The
yellow-green lead is provided for PE earth conductor.
3 Connection to work piece
Connect work piece with work piece cable to corresponding socket. Pinch work piece terminal to work piece,
choosing an appropriate spot without paint or rust for good conductivity.
