Care and maintenance

Pull the power plug prior to any maintenance.
Oil change every 300 full-load hours or once a year. Open oil cap. Place the device on its head and let the oil run into a
suitable container. Fill up with new oil until the outer oil level is reached.

If you notice that the oil has emulsified when checking the oil level (milky looking oil), a diaphragm has ruptured. To
prevent the mechanics from rusting and sticking together, empty the pump immediately. Then fill in new oil and send
the pump to STORCH.
Valve heads, valve seats and pressure control valve pins are expendable parts that wear depending on the pumped
medium (unpigmented low-viscosity media = less wear, lime = high wear). If you cannot generate the desired working
pressure, these parts may need replacing. To do so, contact STORCH.
The trade association regulations governing work with spraying equipment must be observed. We point out that sui-
table protective clothing is required. Never point the nozzle towards persons or animals. We remind you of the annual
inspection of spraying equipment according to accident prevention regulations.
