In case of doubt please consult the towbar manufacturer.
The rear carrier is of steel and powder coated, the cavities are also coated, which prevents oxidation
of the metal. In case of any damage of the coatings (scratches, dents) make sure that the protection
is repaired.
All screw threads should be treated with oil or grease to ensure a permanent smooth run-
ning.
Assembly instructions
The bike carrier can be mounted easily and is ready for use then. Mount the quick release fastening
with the M8X20 screws, washers and self-locking nuts M8 on the supporting frame. Tie this connec-
tion positively.
See figure 1. Screw the U-bolt in the provided sockets of the supporting frame also. Take the car-
riage bolts M8X60, washers and the knurled nuts M8. Insert the carriage bolts from outside to in-
side.
