The installation of the accessory on the flexible shaft
•
The plastic tube must be pulled towards the combitool, when the shaft is located
in position.
•
Release the coupling nut and place the tool shank of the machine tool into the
grips.
•
Lock again the motor shaft and tighten coupling nut with the aid of a hook wrench.
Machine tool check
•
Check before start of work if the machine tool shows any exterior damages.
Damaged tools should not be used in any case, given that a high risk of injury
exists.
•
After inserting the tool, let the machine run at a low rpm and be aware of a proper
rotation.
•
Increase the number of revolutions up to the highest level and watch if the tool
runs noncircular or you feel strong vibrations. These vibrations are a sign of a
twisted tool shank of the tool. Do not continue using such tools for your work in
any case, and replace them.
•
Attention! Do not use any grinding or cut-off wheels whose diameters are bigger
than 25 mm. High operating speed could make your machine explode and cause
serious injuries.
Initial startup
Attention! It is absolutely necessary that the switch is on "0" before connecting
•
the machine to the electricity network.
•
Protect your eyes from injuries when grinding and separating. Always wear safety
goggles. In addition, when working and producing dust, you should wear a dust
mask.
•
Do not cover the ventilation ports in the cover of your machine with your hands.
•
Pay attention while starting the machine tool and be aware not to touch neither
the work piece nor your work bench, and keep your hand far from the rotating
tools.
•
If necessary, fix the work piece with screw clamps or in a bench vice so that it
would not slip away under the machine.
•
For better control of the device while working, hold the combitool between the
thumb and the index finger, like a pencil.
•
Before you begin the actual work, try the function of the machine and of the
clamped machine tool using a left over material .
•
While working, only applys mall pressure.
•
It is suggested by different work to carry out those in various steps.
•
It is absolutely necessary while working with grinding or cut-off wheels that the
wheels do not cant, since they break easily and could cause injuries.
