12. Alarm Function

You can set two different alarm times ("Alarm 1" and "Alarm 2") and select them conveniently
at a later time with the press of a button. This means, for example, that you no longer need to
change the alarm time for the weekend
a) Adjusting the Alarm Times
• Press the "MODE" (6) button briefly several times to switch between displaying the room
temperature, alarm time 1 (shown in display as "Alarm 1"), alarm time 2 ("Alarm 2") and the
second time zone ("Dual Time").
• In addition to showing "Alarm 1" or "Alarm 2", the corresponding alarm time setting will be
shown in the display. When using the device for the first time, the alarm times are preset to
"0:00"
• Hold the "MODE" button (6) down long enough (approx. 3 seconds) until the hours of the
alarm time start to flash in the upper part of the display.
• The rocker button "+/-" (7) can be used to set the alarm time. For quick adjustment, hold down
the rocker button a little longer.
• Briefly press the "MODE" (6) button, the minutes flash.
• The rocker button "+/-" (7) can be used to set the alarm time. For quick adjustment, hold down
the rocker button a little longer.
• Briefly press the "MODE" (6) button, the setting is saved.
A small bell symbol appears on the right next to the alarm time with the respective number
of the alarm ("1" or "2"); this means that the alarm time is activated.
b) Switching the Alarm On/Off
Press the "ALARM ON/OFF" (8) button several times until the symbol for the desired alarm time
is active.

Both alarm times can be activated at the same time if desired.
If neither of the bell symbols is shown, the alarm function is switched off.
