Pour mesurer des flux de courant électrique alternatif, procédez
comme suit:
Positionnez l'interrupteur rotatif sur "~=A~".
Saisissez seulement un conducteur isolé dans un système mono-
phasé ou plusieurs conducteurs isolés dans un système poly-
phasé.
Attention !
Légèrement en-dessous de l'ouverture de la pince
(capteur de courant) se trouve un protège-mains,
un bourrelet en plastique. Ne mettez/portez pas les
mains, pendant la mesure / ou lors de la mise en
place de la pince sur le câble conducteur ou le rail
conducteur, au-delà du protège-mains - DANGER
DE MORT !
Le/les conducteur(s) doivent pouvoir être manipulé(s) librement
dans la zone de saisie du capteur ("ouverture de la transfo-pince").
Veillez lors de la lecture, que le conducteur se trouve si possible au
milieu (au centre de l'ouverture).
Attention !
Ne mesurez jamais du courant d'un circuit électri-
que avec des tensions supérieures à 600 VDC ou
600 VACrms : sinon vous risquez d'endommager l'-
appareil de mesure et vous serez même en danger
de mort. Mesurez en aucun cas des courants
supérieurs à 200 A.
Elimination
Si le Testeur A7, malgré une alimentation intacte (batterie mono-
bloc 9 V) n'est pas en état de fonctionner ou est irréparable, il con-
viendra de l'éliminer selon les dispositions légales en vigueur.

belong in the hands of children !
• In commercial facilities the accident-prevention regulations of
the industrial employers' liability association for electrical sy-
stems and equipment must be observed.
• In schools, training facilities, hobby and self-help workshops, the
handling of measuring instruments must be supervised responsi-
bly by trained personnel.
• Take particular care when dealing with voltages greater than 25
VAC or greater than 35 VDC. Even at these voltages a lethal el-
ectric shock can be received if electrical conductors are tou-
ched.
Therefore, commence by switching off the power supply and
then connect the probe to the power supply to be measured. Set
the measuring instrument to the requisite power measuring ran-
ge and then switch on the power supply. Switch off the power
supply after completing the measurement and remove the cur-
rent probe from the power supply.
• Before changing the measuring range, the current jaw is to be re-
moved from the object being measured (current rail, conductor,
etc.).
• Before each current measurement, the test leads fitted with the
insulation cap must be pressed into the test lead receptacle in
the underside of the case.
• Before each measurement, check the measuring instrument and
test leads for damage. Under no circumstances carry out mea-
surements when the protective insulation is damaged (torn, torn
away, etc.).
