When the control lever is at the top stop, the maximum rotor speed is reached. Then return the control lever to the
bottom position until the propeller no longer turns (motor off).
Perform a brief motor test and check the run of the rotor.
Disconnect the flight battery from the model and switch off the transmitter.

f) Setting the Rudder Deflections

When the construction is performed correctly and the transmitter set, the rudders should have the following deflection
values.
Aileron
12 mm upwards
Elevator
10 mm upwards
Side rudder
15 mm to the left
Attention!
The indicated values show the rudder deflections to be selected for the first flights. Adjust the deflections to
your personal preferences after a familiarisation period.
If the linkage rods at the servo are attached farther towards the inside, the rudder path will reduce, but the
actuator force applied on the rudder will increase. If the rods are attached farther towards the outside of the
servo, the rudder path will enlarge but the actuator force will reduce.
If the linkage rods are attached farther towards the inside or outside in the rudder levers, the path/force ratio
is precisely reversed!
Other setting options for the rudder deflections can be taken from the operating instructions of the remote
control if necessary.
