Directives and manufacturer's declaration – Resistance to electromagnetic interference
The plasma ONE REF 1001001/002 is intended for operation in one of the ELECTROMAGNETIC ENVIRONMENTS listed below.
The customer or the user of the plasma ONE REF 1001001/002 must ensure that it is operated in such an environment.

The customer or the user of the plasma ONE REF 1001001/002 must ensure that it is operated in such an environment.
Interference immunity tests
IEC 60601 test level
Conducted HF interference as
3 V
eff
per IEC 61000-4-6
150 kHz to 80 MHz
Radiated HF interference as
3 V/m
per IEC 61000-4-3
80 MHz to 2.5 GHz
NOTE 1 With 80 MHz and 800 MHz, the higher frequency range applies.
NOTE 2: These guidelines may not be applicable in all cases. The dissipation of electromagnetic effects is influenced by absorption
and reflection by the building, objects and people.
a The field strength of fixed transmitters, e.g. the base stations of radio telephones, and mobile terrestrial radio devices, amateur ra-
dio stations, AM and FM radio and television transmitters cannot be theoretically determined in advance. In order to determine the
electromagnetic environment with regard to fixed radio transmitters, a study of the location should be considered. If the measured
field strength at the location in which the plasma ONE REF 1001001/002 is to be used exceeds the compliance levels stated above, the
device should be observed in order to provide proof of correct functioning.
If unusual performance characteristics are observed, additional measures may be necessary, e.g. a
change of orientation or a different location of the plasma ONE REF 1001001/002.
b Over the frequency range of 150 kHz to 80 MHz the field strength should be less than 3 V/m.

Portable and mobile radio
devices should not be used
at a closer distance to the
plasma ONE REF 1001001/002,
including the cables, than
the recommended protection
distance which is calculated
according to the relevant
equation for the transmission
frequency.
Recommended safe distance:

d = 1.2√P
eff
3 V/m
d = 1.2√P 80 MHz to 800 MHz
d = 2.3√P 800 MHz to 2.5 GHz
Where P is the rated power of
the transmitter in Watt (W)
according to the details from
the manufacturer, and d is the
recommended safe distance in
metres (m).
For all frequencies, the
field strength of fixed radio
transmitters should be less
than the compliance level
level as determined by local
investigation
