Installation of the PSKP syringe
q Before use, fill the PSKP syringe (E4) with air. To do
this, hold the PSKP syringe firmly with one hand and
with the other hand pull the lower section with the
metal end (E4a) downwards. The air inside the trans-
parent air chamber is later converted into cold plasma.
w The NaviTips (E4c) or
Capillary
(E4b)
Tips
must be pushed onto
the PSKP syringe (E4)
before the PSKP probe is
plugged into the con-
verter.
Plug the PSKP syringe with the metal end (E4a) into
the converter (D3).
n
Now switch on the energy control unit by press-
ing the
ON
button until the POWER LED display
illuminates green.
Via the ON button you can reach level 5.
n
n
Then switch on the converter with the
START/
STOP
button.
Hold the top section of the PSKP syringe (E4)
n
with two fingers for approx. 10 seconds. This
action accelerates the cold plasma conversion
process in the air chamber. The patient probe
has to be maintained during these 10 seconds in
user's hand.
n
After approx. 10 seconds, switch off the converter
at the converter or the energy control unit,
because the filling process is now complete.
n Now remove the PSKP syringe from the con-
verter and inject it into the relevant treatment
area.
Using the PSKP syringe
The versatility of the various instrument probes will
only be used in dental medicine.
