Protection functions:
Safety circuit
If the cover of the housing is opened, all components connected to the
device (except power line input and power line switch) are disconnected
from the power supply
Overtemperature protection
If overtemperature is detected, the lamp power supply is disconnected in
the device. When the device has cooled, the power supply is established
again automatically and the lamp fires.
Anti-dazzle
If no optical fiber is connected to the light output of the device, the light
output is closed automatically and prevents the emission of light.
