Rennschale fixieren (Bilder C und D)
1. Positionieren sie die Rennschale (1) zwischen den
Adaptern (5).
2. legen sie die sitzhöhe fest durch Auswahl der
hinteren Bohrungen (a, b).
3. Fixieren sie die Rennschale hinten mit Distanzstück
(8), kleiner unterlegscheibe (9) und schraube M8x30
(10) an den Adaptern (5). Ziehen sie dabei die
schrauben nur handfest an.
Rennschale ausrichten (Bilder C und D)
1. legen sie die sitzneigung fest durch Auswahl der
vorderen Bohrungen (c, d, e).
2. Fixieren sie die Rennschale (1) vorne mit
Distanzstück (8), kleiner unterlegscheibe (9) und
schraube M8x30 (10) an den Adaptern (5).
Schlussmontage
Ziehen sie alle 4 Befestigungsschrauben (10) mit
„
einem Anziehdrehmoment von 22 nm +2/–3 nm fest.
gEFAHR
Bruchgefahr!
schwere Verletzungen falls sich die Rennschale aus
der Verankerung löst.
Verwenden sie für die Montage der Renn schale
„
ausschließlich die mitgelieferten mikroverkapselten
schrauben.
Verwenden sie die mitgelieferten mikro verkapselten
„
schrauben nur einmal.
Ziehen sie alle schrauben mit dem angegebenen
„
Drehmoment an.
3.4. Polster der Rückenlehne anpassen
(Bilder E und F)
Die zugehörigen Zeichnungen finden Sie auf
Seite 3.
Zur Unterstützung der Lendenwirbel befindet sich in der
Rückenlehne ein Polsterkeil. Damit kann die Rennschale
den individuellen Bedürfnissen des Fahrers angepasst
werden.
Die Grundposition befindet sich 200 mm unterhalb der
Oberkante des lehnenkissens.
Ziehen sie das Rückenlehnenkissen (4) kräftig aus
„
dem Klettbandverschluss der Rückenlehne und ver-
schieben sie den Polsterkeil.
