Water in the compressed air supply can cause dam-
age to the product. Drain water out of your compres-
sor and piping system regularly! Also clean the air
filter of your system regularly.
10.1 Cleaning the tyre pressure meter (2)
• Ensure that no foreign bodies or dirt enter the com-
pressed air opening.
• Do not expose the pressure gauge (2a) to vibrations
or mechanical pressure.
• Apply a few drops of oil to the trigger pin seal from
time to time. Otherwise, the tyre pressure gauge (2)
is maintenance-free.
10.2 Cleaning and maintenance of the air blow gun
(1)
• Always disconnect the air blow gun from the com-
pressed air source before maintenance and cleaning.
• Apply a few drops of oil to the trigger pin seal from
time to time. Otherwise, the air blow gun (1) is main-
tenance-free.
10.3 Air pressure and air volume
• The compressed air tools should be operated at the
pressure specified in the technical data and with a
compressor with volumetric air flow of at least 200 l/
min. A higher pressure than the maximum permis-
sible pressure would shorten the service life of the
products due to the higher load. Ideally, a compres-
sor with volumetric air flow of 300-400 l/min should
be used.
• Use only connection hoses with an inner diameter of
at least 9 mm. When setting the air pressure, please
bear in mind that the pressure drops by approx. 0.6
bar for a hose length of 10 m and an inner diameter
of 9 mm.
