The maximum permissible working pressure must
never be exceeded - see the technical data.
• Never use oxygen, flammable gases or halogenated
hydrocarbons as an energy source.
• Check that all connections and hoses are properly
seated and in good working order. Loose hoses can
pose a serious risk of injury. Use only safety cou-
plings.
• First disconnect the hose from the compressed air
source and only then remove the supply hose from
the product. In this way you avoid uncontrolled whirl-
ing or recoil of the supply hose.
• Disconnect the compressed air device from the
compressed air source before making any adjust-
ments, before troubleshooting, when not in use for
long periods and during maintenance work.
• Please note that compressed air devices operating
at high pressure generate recoil, which could over-
power and injure the operator in certain situations.
• When working with potentially explosive material,
please note that static charges may be generated
when liquids and/or air flow through hoses, when
spray painting and when cleaning non-conductive
parts with cloths.
• Do not use the products if they are not working cor-
rectly or have been damaged. Do not attempt any
repairs yourself. Please contact our customer ser-
vice department.
• Never exceed the maximum permissible working
pressure of 8 bar. Use a pressure reducer to set the
working pressure.
• Do not kink the hose of the product. Otherwise, it
may be damaged.
Safety instructions for working with compressed
air and air blow guns
• Compressor and lines reach high temperatures dur-
ing operation. Touching them will cause burns.
• The gases or vapours sucked in by the compressor
must be kept free of impurities that could cause fires
or explosions in the compressor.
• When loosening the hose coupling, hold the cou-
pling piece of the hose firmly by hand to avoid injury
from the hose springing back.
• Wear safety goggles when working with the air blow
gun. Foreign objects or blown off parts can easily
cause injuries.
• Do not blow on people or clean clothing whilst on the
body with the air blow gun.
Residual risks and accident protective measures
Neglect of ergonomic principles
Negligent use of personal protective equipment
(PPE)
Careless use or omission of personal protective equip-
ment may result in serious injury.
• Wear prescribed protective equipment.
Human behaviour, misconduct
• Always concentrate fully on all work.
m Residual hazard - can never be ruled out.
Danger from noise
Hearing damage
Prolonged unprotected work with the product may
cause hearing damage.
• Always wear hearing protection as a matter of prin-
ciple.
Behaviour in an emergency
In case of an accident, initiate the necessary first aid
measures and seek medical assistance as quickly as
possible.
When you request assistance, provide the follow-
ing information:
1.
Where it happened
2.
What happened
3.
How many injured
4.
What type of injury
5.
Who is reporting!

Connect compressed air source
m NOTE
The product may only be operated with cleaned, con-
densate and oil-free compressed air and must not ex-
ceed the maximum working pressure of 8 bar at the
product.
m NOTE
To enable you to regulate the air pressure, the com-
pressed air source must be equipped with a (filter)
pressure reducer.
