13. Troubleshooting
Fault
Motor does not run
Reduced
vacuuming power
Possible cause
Check whether the plug is plugged in.
Check whether there is power to the
socket.
Check whether the vacuum cleaner on/
off switch is switched on.
Is the brush blocked?
Is the dust bag full of dust?
Is the filter full of dust?

Remedy
Plug the mains plug back in to the socket.
Call an electrician.
Switch the on/off switch on.
Switch the vacuum cleaner off to remove
the blockages.
Remove and empty the dust bag.
Remove and empty the filter.
