position to ensure the tooth contacts the side of the grinding blade, maintaining a
0.1–0.15 mm clear ance at the tooth root as the grinding allowance, as shown in
Figure 17.
A 0.1–0.15 mm feeler gauge or 1–2 sheets of thin paper can be placed between
the locating pin (23) and the tooth root to achieve this clearance. Once the position
is confirmed, tighten the fixing screw (24).
ADJUSTTING THE SAW BLADE ANGLE
The saw blade is factory-set to 0°. If adjustment is needed, turn the handle (25)
clock wise to loosen it. After setting the desired angle, turn the handle
counterclockwise to tighten it, as shown in Figure 19.
NOTE: When releasing the handle, the other hand must support the motor to
prevent it from falling after the handle is loosened.
