MAINTENANCE
To ensure measurement accuracy, it is essential to
keep the distance sensor and infrared sensor clean and
scratch-free. Fingerprints and dirt can affect the accuracy
of the thermometer. In order to achieve an accurate
measurement, clean the infrared sensor and the distance
sensor tip by gently wiping the surface with a cotton bud
slightly soaked in alcohol, then immediately wipe with a
clean cotton bud.
Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the body of the thermometer.
Never use abrasive cleaners, thinners or benzene, and never
immerse the thermometer in water or other liquids.
After cleaning, store the thermometer in a clean, dry place
at room temperature.
Never expose the thermometer to extreme temperatures,
humidity, direct sunlight or impacts.
INFORMATION
The thermometer is initially calibrated during manufacturing, before ex-
factory. If the thermometer is used according to the instruction, periodic
recalibration is not required. If at any time you question the accuracy of
the measurement, please contact the retailer immediately. Don't attempt
to modify or reassemble the thermometer.
