INSTALLATION

The installation should be carried out by a qualified installer,
following the instructions as shown.

INSTALLATION SITE SELECTION

- In case you should replace a radiator in an already existing
heating system, follow the instructions of the boiler
connection kit.
EG
- The wall selected for installation must be sufficiently
strong to support the weight of the unit, otherwise you
must use the floor support kit.
- Be sure you can connect the unit to the municipal water
system for cooling of condenser and condensate water
drainage (assure a positive slope toward the outside).
- Fix the unit at a minimum height of 10 cm.
- Allow access for maintenance operation around the unit.
- Make sure that there are no obstacles around the unit
affecting the free circulation of air.
- Avoid installing the unit with the air flow directly toward
passerby people, electric appliances or heat sources.
- In case you should install more units, the use of a cooling
tower is recommended tin order to reduce the water
consumption.
MOUNTING OF THE UNIT
- Apply at the wall the full scale diagram, fix and level it.
- Fix the support panel on the wall in the direction indicated
on the full scale diagram. Be sure that the wall consistence
is stronger enough to use the equipment blocks (otherwise
replace them with proper ones). The panel must be
perfectly adherent to the wall.
- The unit is equiped by two flexible pipes for the connection
with the water net. The pipes are supplied with an 1/2" gas
female etching and both of them are marked (onefor the
inlet and the other for the outlet of water). Fix the
condensation rubber pipe (1) with the discharged of Ø
15 mm and give a minimum gradient of 1 cm/m. If it is not
possible to fix the discharged by the Ø 80 mm holes on
the back of the unit, make it Ø 35 mm, as shown on the
full scale diagram, and use the service pipe equiped under
the unit.
- Atention! Never connect the condensation discharged on
the pipe used for the returning of the water into the unit.
- Hang up the unit at the panel and make it lean at the wall.
- Remove the front panel unscrewing the safety screw,
unhooking the three locking clips, the connectors of flap
motor and led receiver.
- Ubscrew the two screws that fix the electrical box on the
unit and make it swing sufficiently to get trough and have
the possibility to fix the two flexible tubes (minimum radius
of curvature r=40mm.) for inlet and outlet of municipal
water, besides insert the black rubber tube (1) inside the
condensate drainage tube (2).
- Replace the electrical box, connect again the flap and
receiver connectors to the front panel and fix again the
front panel to the unit.
- Connect the unit inserting the plug in the power socket.
- Verify the correct operation following the instructions of the
paragraph" BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE".
