Disassemble the pump from the pumping unit if necessary.
Disassemble pump heads (see instructions for use, section „Replacing diaphragms and valves").
Disassemble handle.
Unscrew three fixing screws at the fan cover.
Remove pump feet at the lower side of the fan cover.
Remove fan cover.
Use two big Philips screw driver to lift off the fan wheel.
Unscrew four motor fixing screws and remove motor.
Pull off rivets which mark the orientation of the head cover (if applicable) from the defective pump aggre-
gate and insert rivets into the corresponding positions of the new aggregate.
If the orientation of the head cover is given by a mark (notch) at the housing, apply a mark at the corre-
sponding position of the new housing.
Postion motor on the new aggregate.
Apply a drop of adhesive (e. g. Omnifit 50M) on the thread of the motor fixing screws. Screw in screws,
torque 6 Nm.
Press in fan wheel on the motor shaft as far as it will go.
Position fan cover and align.
Apply a drop of adhesive (e. g. Omnifit 50M) on the thread of the fan cover fixing screws. Screw in
screws. Max. torque 1.5 Nm.
Apply a drop of adhesive (e. g. Omnifit 50M) on the thread of the pump feet. Turn in pump feet.
Assemble handle.
Assemble pump heads (see instructions for use, section „Replacing diaphragms and valves").
Assemble pump into the pumping unit if necessary.
