• Check connections and supply lines. All service
units, couplings and hoses must be designed in
accordance with the device characteristics in terms
of pressure and air volume. Overly low pressure im-
pairs the function of the device, too high pressure
can lead to material damage and injuries.
• Protect the hoses from kinks, constrictions, solvents
and sharp edges. Keep the hoses away from heat,
oil and rotating parts.
• Ensure that hose clamps are always tightened. Un-
tightened or damaged hose clamps can allow air to
escape uncontrollably.
• Replace damaged hoses immediately. A damaged
supply line can lead to a compressed air hose whip-
ping around and can cause injuries.
• If the connection cable is damaged then it must be
replaced by the manufacturer or their customer ser-
vices personnel or by a similarly qualified person, in
order to avoid hazards.
• Do not use the device while tired or under the in-
fluence of drugs, alcohol or medication. A moment
of carelessness when using the device can result in
serious injuries.
• Do not breathe in the exhaust air directly. Avoid get-
ting the exhaust air in your eyes. The exhaust air
from the compressed air device may contain water,
oil, metal particles or impurities from the compres-
sor. This can cause damage to health.
• WARNING! BE CAREFUL WHEN PUTTING THE
DEVICE DOWN! Always set the device down such
that it does not rest on the trigger. Under certain cir-
cumstances, this could result in accidental activa-
tion of the device, which in turn could lead to danger.
• Only suitable accessories may be used. You can
purchase these from the manufacturer. Non-original
accessories can lead to hazardous situations.
• Use only filtered and regulated compressed air.
Dust, corrosive vapours and/or moisture can dam-
age the motor of a compressed air tool.
• The hose must be designed for a pressure of at least
6.3 bar or 125 psi, but at least 150% of the maximum
pressure generated in the system.
• The tool and the feed hose must be fitted with a hose
coupling so that the pressure is completely released
when the coupling hose is disconnected.
• DANGER! Avoid contact with live cables. This de-
vice is not insulated against electric shock.
• WARNING! RISK OF INJURY! At high working
pressures, recoil forces can occur which can, under
certain circumstances, lead to hazards due to con-
tinuous loading.

• If you are inexperienced in handling the device, you
should be trained on how to use it safely.
• WARNING! DANGER OF STAB INJURIES! Do not
treat an injection as a simple cut. A high-pressure
jet can inject toxins into the body and cause serious
injury. In case of skin injection, seek medical atten-
tion immediately.
• The compressed air device must not be modified in
any way without the consent of the manufacturer.
• Only use the compressed air device with the pre-
scribed pressure (6.3 bar).
• The compressed air device must always be discon-
nected from the air supply after use and when not
in use.
• If the compressed air device is not airtight or it needs
to be repaired, it must not be used.
• Never connect the compressed air device to a com-
pressed air hose whose pressure exceeds 6.3 bar.
• Keep your work area clean and well-lit. Disorgan-
ised and unlit work areas can result in accidents.
This enables better control of the device, particularly
in unexpected situations.
• WARNING! Only have the device repaired by qual-
ified specialists and only with original spare parts.
This ensures that safety of the device is maintained.
• Keep children and other people away while using the
tool. Distractions may cause you to lose control of
the device.
• Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewel-
lery. Keep hair, clothing and gloves away from mov-
ing parts. Loose clothes, jewellery or long hair can
be caught in moving parts.
• Put away the trigger and the device in the event of an
unexpected compressor failure.
• If possible, use a condensate separator or regularly
empty the hoses and pipelines of condensate (wa-
ter) before and during use of the compressed air
devices.
• ATTENTION! An undersized compressed air sys-
tem can reduce the efficiency of your device.
• Because of multiple hazards, the Safety Instructions
must be read and understood before the installation,
operation, repair, maintenance and exchange of ac-
cessories as well as before working in the vicinity of
the screw-driving machine. Otherwise this can lead
to severe physical injuries.
• The screw-driving machine should be set up, adjust-
ed or used only by experienced and trained oper-
ators.
