In the standard specii cations, the minimum phase dif erence is i xed at 50 ns, but the
minimum phase dif erences in the table below are available as custom specii cations.

5-2. Output Signal Alarm

If the response speed is exceeded, the AB quadrature signal output from this
measuring unit changes to Hi level for about 400 ms to serve as an alarm.
