Seite 5: Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
Sicherheitsmaßnahmen Bei dem Entwurf von Magnescale Co., Ltd. Produkten wird größter Wert auf die Sicherheit gelegt. Unsachgemäße Handhabung während des Betriebs oder der Installation ist jedoch gefährlich und kann zu Feuer, elektrischen Schlägen oder anderen Unfällen führen, die schwere Verletzungen oder Tod zur Folge haben können. Darüber hinaus kann falsche Behandlung die Leistung der Maschine verschlechtern. - Seite 7 使用上のご注意 • 特に強力な磁気が発生するものは、測長ユニットから10cm以上はなしてください。 • ケーブルを強く引張ったり、ケーブルをつかんで取付けや取外しをしますと、断線の恐れがあ ります。 • コネクタ着脱の際は必ず表示ユニットの電源をOFFにしてから行なってください。 • 測定子を取付け、取外しする際に、付属の専用スパナをお使いください(図1)。スピンドルに 0.1 N･m以上のトルクが加わらないようご注意ください。故障の原因となります。 また、測定子のねじ込みトルクは0.05∼0.06 N･mを目安として締めつけてください。 • DEシリーズは、表示ユニットLY51/LY52、LH51/LH52およびLH61とセットでご使用くださ い。他のユニットとの接続はできません。 • DEシリーズはスピンドル部分が防水、防塵構造ではありませんので、スピンドル部分には直 接水や油がかからないようにご使用ください。スピンドルの汚れは動作不良の原因となりま す。汚れがついた場合は、乾いた布で拭きとってください。 • 防滴、防塵構造が必要な場合は、別売りアクセサリーのベローズセットをご使用ください。し かし、防水構造とはなりませんので、直接水や油がかからないようにしてください。 • エアーレリーズ・DZ173(別売)を使用することにより、スピンドルに直接手を触れない測定が できます。エアーレリーズはゲージの側面、ケーブル口の横にあるネジを外し、ネジ込んでく ださい。 • 原点取りの際は、装置組込み後、機械的に一定の速度(最大0.15 m/min)で行なってください。 速度変動がある場合や、手動またはレリーズによる原点取りは再現性が保たれません。 • 本機の精度は20℃で構成されております。したがって、精密な測定を行なうためには使用環境 の温度管理が必要です。また、設定時等で温度条件が大きく変化する場合には温度差に見合っ たならし時間が必要です。例えば、30℃の場所から20℃の恒温室に設置した場合で約2時間、 また、保存温度範囲上限の50℃に放置された状態から20℃の恒温室に設置した場合は約8時間 の温度ならしが必要です。 • ノイズの影響を受ける環境で本機をご使用になる場合、図2のようにステム部(またはステムと と同電位にある装置本体)と表示ユニットのグランド端子をアース線で接続してください。...

Geschwindigkeit verfahren wird (max. 0,15 m/min). Ungleichmäßiges verfahren, durch Bewegen der Spindel von Hand oder mit Drunkluft führt zu einer geringeren Wiederholgenauigkeit. • Die Geräte DE12BR/DE30BR sind bei 20 °C kalibriert und bedürfen einer entsprechend gesteuerten Betriebstemperatur.
