Important information about the bolt switching contact/lock bolt contact:
* The lock bolt position is monitored by an external bolt switching contact of VdS class C.
The following switches are approved: Link type 100 13 30 A (G193081) and Schitronic type 035501 (G186105). The external switches are
controlled by switch plates. Depending on the lock version, switch plate 1, switch plate 2 or switch plate 3 can be used.
Switch plate 1: Two M4 front holes on the lock bolt. Format item P1014087
Switch plate 2: One M6 hole on the lock bolt. Format item P1013359
Switch plate 3: Bolt mechanism position monitoring on lower bascule bar for Swingbolt or Rotobolt high-security locks.
Depending on the lock version, further alarm components (e.g. alarm boxes, locking or switching devices) may be required or preferred in the secured area of the
door. The installed components must all comply with VdS class C and be provided with a VdS identification number.
If alarm components are to be installed at a later date, the necessary dismantling/assembly work on the bolt mechanism must be carried out
by an authorised service technician, and the wiring must be carried out in consultation between the burglar alarm system installer and the service technician.
