On a PC/laptop, enter the TechSupport Tool IP address in Google Chrome:

(The password will be provided when the TechSupport Tool is delivered)
NOTE!
Change the password after logging in for the first time!
Relevant data for working with the Tech-
Support Tool can be accessed under Sup-
port/Operating documents.
Clicking on Support/Contact support gene-
rates an e-mail to Fronius:
welding.techsupport@fronius.com
The e-mail contains the software version
and the serial number of the TechSupport
Tool by default and can be added to as
required.
