If this function is selected, previously defined faults can be acknowledged
remotely by means of a reply SMS. For this, please observe Section 11.4 in
the electric control unit's manual.
Remote acknowledge  off
This connection type permits short messages to be sent to a fax machine.
However, the price of a Fax SMS is considerably higher (up to 1 Euro) than
an SMS to a mobile phone or an e-mail address. Hereby, also note that a
fax message (up to 160 characters) is counted as one Fax SMS. If the
message is longer than 160 characters, a new Fax SMS is charged.

header (e.g. 99) and the
actual phone number
with area code (e.g. 030

in Berlin).
