clearance around the unit and ventilation of the cabinet to allow proper cooling.
KeeptheRB-991 awayfromradiators,heatregisters,stoves,or anyother
appliance that produces heat.
TheRB-991must be connected to a power supply only of the type and voltage
specified on therearpanel of theunit.
Connect the RB-991to the power outlet only with the supplied 2-pin polarized
power supplycable or anexact equivalent. D onot modifythesuppliedcablein
anyway.Do notattemptto defeatgroundingand/orpolarizationprovisions.The
cable should be connected to a 2-pin polarized wall outlet, matching the wide
bladeof theplug to thewide slot of thereceptacle.Do notuseextensioncords.
Do notroutethepower cordwhereit will becrushed,pinched,bentat severe
angles,exposedto heat,or damagedin anyway.Payparticularattentionto the
power cord at theplug andwhereit exitstheback of theunit.
Thepower cordshouldbe unplugged from thewall outletif the unitis to be left
unused for a long period of time.
Immediately stop usingtheRB-997 andhaveit inspectedand/orservicedby a
qualified service agency if:
• Thepower supplycordor plug hasbeendamaged.
Objectshavefallen into or liquidhasbeenspilledinto theunit.
• Theunit has been exposed to rain.
• Theunit shows signs of improper operation
• Theunit has been dropped or damaged in any way
Place the RB-991 on a fixed, level surface strong
enough to support its weight. Do not place the
RB-991on a moveable cart that could tip over.
