6.2. PROFILING VALVE ADJUSTMENT (PUMP PRESSURE)
On the side of the machine is placed the lever (31) of the valve,
which allows to adjust the pump pressure for the brewing.
In order to adjust the pressure, please proceed as follows:
• Proceed as per usual brewing, switching on the switch (4).
• Turn on the lever (31) counterclockwise to work with low
pressure and obtain an optimal pre-infusion.
• Rise the brew pressure, as wished, turning on the lever
clockwise.
• Turn on the same lever counterclockwise to work on the post
infusion, working on lowerer pressures.
• When you have reached the wished espresso quantity, switch
off the switch (4).
