Machine does not work (go on)
Little or no coffee dispensed
Too much coffee is dispensed
Coffee leaks from the dispensing unit
Cold coffee

Fault type Solution
Electrical Plug in the machine.
Electrical Check the fuses.
Hydraulic Fill the water tank.
Hydraulic Descale the machine.
Hydraulic Replace the lime filter
Hydraulic Clean filters.
Hydraulic Put the steam wand inside.
Hydraulic Reduce the amount of coffee in the filter holder.
Hydraulic Too fine grind.
Hydraulic Increase the amount of coffee in the filter holder.
Hydraulic Too coarse grind.
Hydraulic Decrease the coffee quantity device.
Hydraulic Put the filter holder in its seat correctly.
Hydraulic Clean the edge of the filter holder.
Hydraulic Filter holder seal worn and needs to be replaced.
Hydraulic Reduce the amount of coffee in the filter holder.
Electrical Wait for the light to go out.
Hydraulic Put the filter holder in to warm it up.
Hydraulic Fill the water tank.
Hydraulic Replace the lime filter
Hydraulic Check the suction pipe to see if it is clogged.
