Troubleshooting
Install valve in a suitable position
Select smaller nominal size
Align flow direction arrow with flow direc-
tion
Increase pressure/flow rate
Clean or replace valve
Use a weaker closing spring
Replace O-ring
Replace disc
Revise sealing surface, replace housing if
necessary
Clean sealing surface
Replace affected components
Replace closing spring
Check connector elements and retighten
if necessary
Revise sealing surface, replace housing/
seal if applicable
Clean sealing surface/seal
