Additional warnings

The device should only be switched on after it has been correctly positioned on the body and switched off before removal.
•
After use, disconnect the transmitters from the electrodes.
•
Excessive and prolonged use may cause skin redness and muscle fatigue.
•
Remove jewellery and watches before exercising, and keep other electronic devices away from your body.
•
Do not use on skin covered with cream or other lubricating substances.
•
The electrodes adhere better to hairless areas, but do not use the device on irritated skin immediately after hair removal.
•
Do not expose the device to high or low temperatures, as this may cause deformation and damage.
•
Before use, thoroughly wash the area of the body where the massager will be used.
•
The product is not waterproof.
Charging
Connect the remote controls to the USB charger. The red LED will light up during charging. The LED will turn off when the remote controls are fully
charged. A full charging cycle takes approx. 70 minutes. The battery life is approx. 100 minutes.
Use of conductive gel
•
Do not use gel pads that are visibly damaged, worn or dirty.
•
If the pads are not attached correctly, the device will not function properly.
Wear and tear of the conductive gel
The gel gradually wears out during use. Replace the gel pad when:
•
the gel loses its stickiness,
•
the quality of the gel deteriorates significantly.
Rules of use
•
Store the pads in a dry and cool place, away from sunlight and high temperatures.
•
Do not place the pads on a dirty surface – this may cause discomfort during exercise.
•
Depending on the frequency of use, skin condition and storage conditions, the gel may lose its stickiness after 25–30 uses. In this
case, the device should be cleaned.
•
If the gel sticks to your clothing, do not pull it off forcefully. Lightly moisten the fabric and gently remove the gel.
Replacing the gel pad
I. Remove the dirty or damaged washer. II. Install the new washer.
How to use
1.
Remove the product from its case.
2.
Connect the transmitter.
3.
Remove the protective film from the device.
4.
Place the device on your body.
Removing the device
1.
After completing your workout, gently detach the pads from your body.
2.
Replace the protective film on the device and place it in the case.
3.
Switch off the device before removing it.
Operating modes and intensity
The device offers 6 operating modes and 20 intensity levels.
1.
Automatic mode – each mode lasts 1 minute, after which it automatically switches to the next one.
2.
Manual mode – you can select an intensity level from 1 to 9 by pressing the button the appropriate number of times.
3.
The intensity of the device can be adjusted from 0 to 20.
Setting the programme using the remote control
1.
When the remote control is turned on, the lowest operating mode starts automatically. Press the "mode" button to increase the mode.
2.
Press the "up" or "down" button to change the pulse intensity.
Frequency and intensity of use
It is recommended to use the device once a day. When using it for the first time, start the exercises at the lowest intensity level and gradually
increase it.
1. Placing the pads
•
After removing the device, wipe sweat from your body.
•
Avoid touching the gel with your fingers.
•
When attaching the device, press it gently to remove any air bubbles.
2. Sensations during operation
If the device is switched on and the gel is in contact with your skin, you may feel a slight tingling sensation. The transmitter LEDs flash while the
device is in operation.
3. Intensity adjustment
It is divided into 20 levels (1–20), depending on the model. It is recommended to start training at the lowest level and gradually increase the
intensity. The device offers 6 modes.
4. Switching off the device
To switch off the device, press the "off" button on the remote control/transmitter – the light will indicate that the device has stopped working. If
accidentally activated, the device will switch off automatically after 120 seconds.
