This declaration is issued under our sole responsibility. Basing on not yet totally harmonized frequency
applications for CB, the radio may be used according to the listed conditions: An individual license for
operating this radio is still requested in B, CH, FL, E, I and RSM for residents of these countries. Short
time travelers from other countries do not need any license there.
In A, BG, CY, CZ, D, DK, EST, F, FIN, GB, GR, H, IRL, L, LT, LV, M, MC, NL, P, PL, RO , S, SK , SLO, the CB
operation is free of license and free of charges.
Diese Erklärung wird unter unserer alleinigen Verantwortung abgegeben. Die oben genannten
Funkgeräte dürfen wegen der noch nicht vollständig harmonisierten Frequenzanwendungen nur
entsprechend den nachstehend gelisteten Bedingungen benutzt werden: in den Ländern B, CH, FL, E,
und I und RSM benötigen Bewohnern eine gültige CB-Funkgenehmigung. Kurzeitreisende dürfen
jedoch Ihre Geräte in diesen Ländern anmelde- und gebührenfrei benutzen.
In A, BG, CY, CZ, D, DK, EST, F, FIN, GB, GR, H, IRL, L, LT, LV, M, MC, NL, P, PL, RO , S, SK , SLO ist der
CB-Funk anmelde- und gebührenfrei für alle Benutzer.
