INSTALLATION
KESSELPLATTE (A)
Die Abdeckplatte der Brennkammer wie in (A)
gezeigt vorbohren. Die Position der Gewinde-
bohrungen kann mit dem zur Grundausstattung
gehšrenden WŠrmeschild ermittelt werden.
FLAMMROHRL€NGE (B)
Die LŠnge des Flammrohrs wird entsprechend
der Angaben des Kesselherstellers gewŠhlt und
mu§ in jedem Fall grš§er als die StŠrke der Kes-
seltŸr einschlie§lich feuerfestes Material sein.
FŸr Heizkessel mit vorderem Abgasumlauf 7)
oder mit Flammenumkehrkammer mu§ eine
Schutzschicht aus feuerfestem Material 5), zwi-
schen feuerfestem Material des Kessels 6) und
Flammrohr 4) ausgefŸhrt werden.
Diese Schutzschicht mu§ so angelegt sein, da§
das Flammrohr ausbaubar ist.
FŸr die Kessel mit wassergekŸhlter Frontseite
ist die Verkleidung mit feuerfestem Material 5)-
6)(B) nicht notwendig, sofern nicht ausdrŸcklich
vom Kesselhersteller erfordert.
BEFESTIGUNG DES BRENNERS AM
HEIZKESSEL (B)
¥ Es wird empfohlen, den Deckel 2)(B) wŠh-
rend der Installation zu entfernen, damit er
nicht beschŠdigt wird.
¥ Ein passendes Hebesystem vorbereiten und
an den Ringen 3)(B) einhŠngen.
¥ Den mitgelieferten WŠrmeschutz am Flamm-
rohr 4)(B) einstecken.
¥ Wie in Abb. (A) gezeigt, den ganzen Brenner
in das vorher vorbereitete Loch am Heizkes-
sel einstecken und mit den mitgelieferten
Schrauben befestigen.
Die Dichtheit zwischen Brenner und Heizkes-
sel muss hermetisch sein.
D†SENMONTAGE (C)
¥ Den Brenner gemŠ§ Abb. (C) am Scharnier
šffnen, nachdem die Zugstange des Hebels
fŸr Kopfbewegung 19) Seite 8 und die 4
Klemmschrauben 5)(C) entfernt worden sind.
¥ Nun ist das DŸsentragrohr zugŠnglich; es
kann nach Losschrauben der zwei Schrauben
4)(C) und nach Trennung der Rohrleitungen,
die am DŸsentragrohr ankommen, herausge-
nommen werden, siehe 3)(C).
¥ Die DŸse 6) gemŠ§ der Abbildung (C) wieder
montieren.
¥ Indem die Schraube 1)(C) entfernt wird, kann
der Innenteil des Kopfes durch Heben her-
ausgenommen werden, siehe dazu 2)(C).
WAHL DER D†SE (D)
FŸr die Eichung des Leistungsbereichs, in dem
die DŸse arbeiten muss, muss der Hšchst- und
Mindestdruck des Brennstoffes am RŸcklauf der
DŸse gemŠ§ dem Diagramm (D) eingestellt
werden.
EMPFOHLENE D†SEN
¥ BERGONZO, Typ B5;
¥ FLUIDICS, Typ W2.
FŸr Mittelleistungen die DŸse wŠhlen, deren
Nennleistung etwas hšher als die effektiv erfor-
derliche ist.
Auf Anfrage lieferbare DŸsen:
Bergonzo B5 45° - 200 - 225 - 250 - 275 - 300 -
325 - 350 - 375 - 400 - 425 - 450 - 475 - 500.
Gewšhnlich werden ZerstŠubungswinkel von
45¸60° empfohlen; fŸr enge Brennkammern
DŸsen mit einem Winkel von 30¸35° verwen-
den.
INSTALLATION
BOILER PLATE (A)
Drill the combustion chamber locking plate as
shown in (A). The position of the threaded holes
can be marked using the thermal screen sup-
plied with the burner.
BLAST TUBE LENGTH (B)
The length of the blast tube must be selected
according to the indications provided by the
manufacturer of the boiler, and in any case it
must be greater than the thickness of the boiler
door complete with its fettling.
For boilers with front ßue passes 7) or ßame
inversion chambers, protective fettling in refrac-
tory material 5) must be inserted between the
boiler fettling 6) and the blast tube 4).
This protective fettling must not compromise the
extraction of the blast tube.
For boilers having a water-cooled front the
refractory fettling 5)-6)(B) is not required unless
it is expressly requested by the boiler manufac-
turer.
SECURING THE
BURNER TO THE
BOILER (B)
¥ To avoid damaging the cover 2) (B) we
recommend removing it before installation
operations.
¥ Prepare an adequate system of hoisting by
hooking onto the rings 3) (B).
¥ Slip the thermal protection (standard equip-
ment) onto the blast tube 4) (B).
¥ Place entire burner on the boiler hole
(arranged previously, see fig. (A), and fasten
with the screws given as standard equipment.
The coupling of the burner-boiler must be air-
tight.
NOZZLE ASSEMBLY (C)
¥ Open burner at hinge (see fig. (C) after
removing the stay rod of the lever for move-
ment of combustion head (19) pag. 8 and the
4 screws 5) (C)..
¥ At this point the extractable nozzle holder
lance is accessible; see 3)(C), by loosening
the two screws 4) (C) and separating the
pipes that reach the lance.
¥ Proceed to assemble nozzle 6) as indicated
in fig. (C).
¥ By removing screw 1 (C) it is possible to
extract the internal part of the head by lifting
it, as indicated in 2) (C).
CHOICE OF NOZZLE (D)
In order to set the flow field in which the nozzle
is to function, it is necessary to regulate the
maximum and minimum pressure of the fuel on
the nozzle return according to diagram (D).
RECOMMENDED NOZZLES
¥ BERGONZO, type B5;
¥ FLUIDICS, type W2.
Intermediate flow rates may be obtained by
choosing the nozzle with a nominal flow rate
slightly higher than that actually required.
Nozzles available on request:
Bergonzo B5 45° - 200 - 225 - 250 - 275 - 300 -
325 - 350 - 375 - 400 - 425 - 450 - 475 - 500.
We normally recommend 45¸60° angles of pul-
verisation; for narrow combustion chambers use
nozzles with 30¸35° angles.

INSTALLATION
PLAQUE CHAUDIERE (A)
Percer la plaque de fermeture de la chambre de
combustion comme sur la Þg.(A). La position
des trous ÞletŽs peut •tre tracŽe en utilisant
l'Žcran thermique fourni avec le bržleur.
LONGUEUR BUSE (B)
La longueur de la buse doit •tre choisie selon
les indications du constructeur de la chaudi•re,
en tous cas, elle doit •tre supŽrieure ˆ l'Žpais-
seur de la porte de la chaudiŠre, matŽriau
rŽfractaire compris.
Pour les chaudi•res avec circulation des fumŽes
sur l'avant 7), ou avec chambre ˆ inversion de
ßamme, rŽaliser une protection en matŽriau
rŽfractaire 5), entre rŽfractaire chaudi•re 6) et
buse 4).
La protection doit permettre l'extraction de la
buse.
Pour les chaudi•res dont la partie frontale est
refroidie par eau, le rev•tement rŽfractaire 5)-
6)(B) n'est pas nŽcessaire, sauf indication prŽ-
cise du constructeur de la chaudi•re.
FIXATION DU BRULEUR A LA CHAU-
DIERE (B)
¥ Durant lÕinstallation, il est conseillŽ dÕenle-
ver le couvercle 2)(B) pour ne pas lÕab"-
mer.
¥ PrŽvoir un syst•me de soul•vement appro-
priŽ et lÕaccrocher aux anneaux 3)(B).
¥ Enfiler la protection thermique de sŽrie sur la
buse 4)(B).
¥ Enfiler enti•rement le bržleur sur le trou de la
chaudi•re prŽvu prŽcŽdemment, comme indi-
quŽ sur la fig. (A) et fixer avec les vis fournies
de sŽrie.
Le groupe bržleur-chaudi•re doit avoir une
ŽtanchŽitŽ parfaite.
MONTAGE DES GICLEURS (C)
¥ Ouvrir le bržleur sur la charni•re comme indi-
quŽ sur la fig. (C), apr•s avoir enlevŽ le tirant
du levier de mouvement de la t•te 19) page 8
et les 4 vis de fixation 5)(C).
¥ On peur alors accŽder ˆ la lance porte-gicleur
et lÕextraire, voir 3)(C), apr•s avoir desserrŽ
les deux vis 4)(C) et avoir sŽparŽ les tuyaux
qui arrivent ˆ la lance.
¥ Monter le gicleur 6) comme indiquŽ sur la
figure (C).
¥ En enlevant la vis 1)(C), on peut extraire la
partie interne de la t•te en la soulevant
comme indiquŽ en 2)(C).
CHOIX DU GICLEUR (D)
Pour rŽgler la plage de dŽbit dans laquelle le
gicleur doit fonctionner, rŽgler la pression maxi-
mum et minimum du combustible sur le retour
du gicleur, selon le diagramme (D).
GICLEURS CONSEILLƒS
¥ BERGONZO, type B5;
¥ FLUIDICS, type W2.
Pour des dŽbits intermŽdiaires, choisir un
gicleur ayant un dŽbit nominal lŽg•rement supŽ-
rieur ˆ celui effectivement demandŽ.
Gicleurs disponibles sur demande:
Bergonzo B5 45° - 200 - 225 - 250 - 275 - 300 -
325 - 350 - 375 - 400 - 425 - 450 - 475 - 500.
Il est conseillŽ dÕavoir des angles de pulvŽrisa-
tion de 45¸60°; pour des chambres de combus-
tion Žtroites, utiliser des gicleurs ayant des
angles de 30¸35°.
