played in the highest octave would not
be repeated at all,
3) MODE
Up, Down and UP/Dawn. This switch
sets the arpeggio to be ascending, de-
scending or both,
4) LATCH
On, Off. With Latch mode Off, only
the notes currently being played on the
keyboard will be arpeagiated. (Note:
Octave repetitions may occur, depending
'on the setting of the Range switch). With
Latch mode on, any notes played are
automatically "memorized (Latched),
and will continue to be arpeggiated even
after you lift your fingers completely
from the keyboard. To change the arpeg-
giation pattern, simply play one or more
new keys. This cancels the old pattern
and latches in a new interval or chord. To
stop the arpeggiator, turn either the
Latch or the Arpeggio switch off.
The use of the Latch mode has two major
advantages:
1. You can latch a chord into the arpeg-
giator and then play a solo on another
instrument against the background
provided automatically by the Polysix.
You can then change the arpeagio at
any time by simply playing a new
chord on the Polysix.
2. You can build up a complex arpeggio
by holding down at least one key and
then adding any other notes desired,
one at a time, In this way you can
start with a simple arpegagio and gradu-
ally make it as complex as you like. Of
course, you can start a new arpeggio at
any time by \ifting all fingers from the
keyboard and then playing at least one
new note to cancel the old arpeagio
and begin the new one.
Note: Lutched key information is forgot-
ten whenever either Latch mode or the
Arpeggiator is turned.
5) ARPEGGIO button
Turns arpeggiation effect on and off, with
LED indication. The arpeggio begins as
soon as the keyboard is played; with
Latch mode "'on'', the arpeggio will re-
peat indefinitely until stopped.

Bei Position LATCH
wird das Arpeggio fortgefihrt, auch wenn
die Tasten freigegeben werden. Wird eine
Taste gedriickt
oehalten und dann
eine
zweite angeschlagen,
erfolgt Arpeggio
auch auf die zweite angeschlagene Note.
Wird nach Freigeben aller Tasten ein
neuer Akkord angeschlagen, erfolgt das
Arpeggio auf die neu gespielten Noten.
5) ARPEGGIO
ARPEGGIO Bedienungsanleitung
1, Wahlen Sie die RANGE und MODE-
Einstellung aus.
2. Schalten Sie den ARPEGG|O-Schalter
ein, Bei der LATCH-Stellung erhalten
Sie einen fortlaufenden Arpeggio-
Sound, nachdem Sie die erste Taste
freigeben,
3. Der Arpeggio-Effekt kaum nun von
der gesammten Klaviatur erweitert
werden.
4, Auer bei eingeschalteter LATCH-
Funktion, hért der Arpeggio-Effekt
nach dem Ausldsen einer Taste sofort
auf. Durch das Ausschaiten der
LATCH- oder ARPEGGIO-Tasten
konnen Sie den Effekt nach Belieben
stoppen,
4) ARPEGIO SWITCH
Arréte ou met en fonction |'arpegia-
teur. En position LATCH, I'arpege se:
poursuit méme aprés avoir relaché
les
touches du clavier. Si ume touche est
maintenue abaissée et qu'une autre
touche est pressée, cette derniére note
sera rajoutée 4 |'arpége. Si tolites les
touches sont reléchées et que d'autres
touches sont jouées, les nouvelles notes
seront arpéaées a la place des précédentes.
5) ARPEGGIO
Commute l'arpégiateur sur marche ou
sur arrét. La diode électroluminescente.
s'allume lorsque le commutateur est sur
marche. L'arpage est delivrée dés que les
touches du clavier sont jouges.

1. Sélectionner RANGE et MODE.
2. Basculer le commutateur ARPEGGIO
sur marche. Placer le commutateur
LATCH sur marche pour que |'arpége
soit maintenu) méme aprés avoir re-
laché les touches.
