Replacing the PRO-Check gas reservoir

The gas reservoir is unscrewed and screwed with an open end wrench SW17.
Unscrew the cover of the new gas reservoir within 48 hours prior to installation.
Incorrect measurement results from faulty calibration
Gas accumulates in the aperture diaphragm of the gas reservoir during storage. The leak
rate will therefore be higher than displayed immediately after being opened.
► Remove the cover of the new gas reservoir within 48 hours prior to installation.
1 Pull out the PRO-Check reference leak.
2 Use an open end wrench SW17 to unscrew the gas reservoir counterclockwise.
3 The transparent tube and the O-rings that sit in the port will fall out under certain
circumstances. Clean the tube when needed and re-insert it with the O-rings.
4 Screw the new gas reservoir into the housing and tighten it with the open end wrench.
5 Initialize the new gas reservoir,
The old gas reservoir cannot be reused and must be disposed of according to national
regulations. Please note that the old gas reservoir may still contain gas.
